Hi! I'm Abhishek.
A marketer, founder and slightly obsessive systems thinker who’s spent the last 15 years building brands, scaling growth engines and fixing chaotic marketing setups. My journey has taken me through:
15 years in brand & marketing (D2C, fintech, consumer durables, auto, SaaS)
Building The Switch Fix from scratch (India’s first sustainable personal care D2C brand)
Years in top agencies (Ogilvy, Havas, Digitas) working with brands like BMW, Nestlé, Nokia, Lenovo, Max Life, Ibis, etc.
Winning awards — Cannes Lion, Effies, CMO Asia, Vogue, Exchange4Media
Across all of these, I saw the same painful pattern:
Early-stage founders are drowning in marketing work, burning money on agencies, and operating with zero systems.
Marketing wasn’t the problem; lack of structured, consistent effort was.
That’s why I started Brands & Coffee – To turn messy, ad-hoc marketing into automated, reliable systems that founders can finally trust.
